RJP Framing is a turnkey performance contractor specializing in multifamily wood-frame construction across California and expanding into Nevada. From student housing to large-scale apartment builds, they bring precision, schedule control, and deep field knowledge to every project.

The Challenge

Too many purchases for one person to handle

RJP Framing handles large-scale framing projects. As their project volume increased, so did the complexity of their invoicing and purchase tracking.

They were using SAP Concur for invoicing, but it couldn't handle material ordering or purchase orders. Their ERP, Vista, had purchasing capabilities, but it wasn't field friendly. This led to Linda, their VP of Operations, creating most POs.

With multiple systems in play, invoices had to be manually matched to POs, and tracking what was approved, ordered, and received was cumbersome.
